With close to 20 years executive recruiting experience Brian has focused on CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, and most Vice President level positions in Consumer, Industrial, Technology and Clean Tech companies. He has conducted numerous recruiting assignments in the areas of manufacturing operations, industrial products, consumer technology, and emerging technologies in the clean tech space. Clients range in size from start-up to Fortune 150.

Brian's background includes partner roles with global, mid-size and boutique search firms spanning two decades which gives him a unique perspective on what works best and how to apply that experience to his current client base. Additionally, midway through his search career, during the dot.com boom (1999 and 2000) Brian was a Vice President at Internet Capital Group, where he worked closely with ICG investors to recruit top talent into ICG, as well as senior management teams for their portfolio companies; he understands the demands that a company has for exceptional talent.

Throughout his career, whether as a partner with Korn/Ferry International or with a small boutique firm, Brian has conducted cross border searches looking for candidates simultaneously in the United States and Europe or often in Europe alone. With the shift of manufacturing to the Far East, most manufacturing, engineering and CEO positions require experienced talent that brings hands-on Asia experience to the role. Likewise, Brian has executed searches in the US for the subsidiaries of foreign firms looking for C-Level candidates and continues to maintain strong relationships inside and outside of the US.

Brian holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BA with a concentration in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He also served in the United States Army in both active and reserve status during the 80s and 90s where he worked in military intelligence.
